  1. The globe has seven continents and Asia is a complete continent that is the largest of them.  I live in the smallest of them Australia.

Sorry if I've not understood the question totally.

  2. You eat paint chips?

  3. Asia

  4. Parts of Asia are on the Australian/India plate, so they're technically on a different plate than the rest of Asia, which is on the Eurasian plate.  whether this makes them NOT Asian is up to the beholder, I guess...

  5. Asia is a continent. Countries it is made up of include:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, People's Republic of China, Christmas Island, Cyprus, Egypt, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, North Korea, South Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos,

Lebanon, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, East Timor, Turkey, Republic of Northern Cyprus, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen.

  6. ASIA!

  7. The world is composed of land and water.

The land portion has long been divided into seven major continents.

    The seven major continents are:

    1. Africa

    2. Anarctica

    3. Asia

    4. Australia

    5. Europe

    6. North America

    7. South America

As you can see, Asia is not a part of an continent, Asia IS a continent.

    ~~

Yes, you're right.  Everyone who lives in a country located in Asia IS an Asian just like everyone who lives in a country found in North America IS a North American.

Asian are people from a lot of different countries, however.  People usually identify themselves as being from their country, not from their continent.

For example, China, Russia and India are all countries located on the continent of Asia.  However, the people of those places certainly do not consider themselves the same people. The Chinese are Chinese.  The Russians are Russians.  The Indians are Indians.  Just because their countries happen to be found on the same continent does not mean the people are all the same.

    Well, except for Australia, of course.  (-;
