Asian Dress Making (Sewing) Course?

I am in UK (West Yorkshire) and want to take Asian Dress Making or Tailoring course. Is there any one who can help me to know that where can I take this kind of course in West Yorkshire or around?

I wouldn't have thought you'd need a course for that.  Just get 20 feet of material and wrap it around yourself.  Voila.  Asian dress.
