Asian Subtitled Film about woman who abandons her kids? Similar to Flowers in the Attic.?

Question

I saw part of it sometime this year on IFC i think, then fell asleep on it. I can't remember what it was called.

She didn't want anyone to know she had children except for the oldest son. She gave the kids some money and disappeared for a long time.

Please help me remember the name of this movie.
