  1. It's Japanese.

    It says: Ikeru kokoni neru

But it doesn't make any sense.

Ikeru can mean many things (to arrange flowers, to bury, to be good at)

kokoni means therefore or "leads to"

Neru means to sleep or work on.

To bury leads to to sleep?

  2. no theres no website to traslate it. one question y would u get a tattoo of something u have no clue what it says???

  3. The kana are actually katakana which would indicate that it's a transliterated word from another language.  The kanji is likely 'love'. So my guess is that it's something like "Ma i ke ru loves Ne ru."  (Mike loves Nell???) [The first katakana is partly hidden behind her necklace, so don't know if that's it or not.]
