Scandinavia consists of Norway, Sweden and Denmark, (not Iceland) and these three nations share a common Germanic ancestry.  Iceland and Finland are not part of Scandinavia.  The Sami and Finns have an ancestry more closely related to Eastern Europeans.  Icelanders were once Norwegian settlers, and have presumably evolved from a small initial population, whose small gene pool has resulted in features commonly associated with icelanders, not asian ancestors.

  4. Russia is close to the most northern island of Japan.

  5. When Japan wiped the floor with Russia, there was intermixing.

    Also, many Inuit were also intermixed with Europeans, we get people that look like Bjork and many Irish people with epicanthal folds who are nowhere near NorthEast Asia.
