  1. asics do make running shoes but those are defiantly not running shoes

unless you want torn ligaments and sore muscles

  2. i dont think those are running shoes xD

  3. Not a running shoe.

All the brands have entry level shoes.    If you just want to do some light jogging try any of the chain stores (like foot locker) that sell shoes.  If you are serious about running find a store that specializes in running shoes and runners.  The advantage of the running store is that they will recommend the shoe that fits your gait.  Many will let you run in a couple of pair so you can compare.

Ask if they have any of last year's models - they are discounted.

  4. those are runnning shoes from the 80s it seems. The only problem with getting a cheap running shoe is ull get a cheap running shoe. Its not worth damaging your health to save a buck or two.

  5. hey.

    those aren't exactly running shoes..

and you don't chose shoes by your experience.. you chose them by your foot type it doesn't matter how long you have been running.

try going to a running store such as 'fit2run' or 'fleet feet' to get shoes that are fitted to your foot type. if you don't have a shoe store like that around you go to any store with running shoes.. but its a bad idea to buy shoes online w/o trying them on because they could really hurt your feet.

    hope this helps!

  6. I have a pair of asics, these ones http://www.runnersworld.com/cda/shoefind... .. and I love them. They're really light and very comfortable for running. If you're serious about running though I'd definitely go to a running store where they'll watch your pace and recommend a shoe based on your foot (overpronator, underpronator, high arch, etc) and your gait.
