Aside from My Computer, how i can create desktop shortcut on harddisk drive E ?

Right click on a blank spot on your desktop > choose New > Short Cut > browse to drive E > click OK

You would have to go to "my computer" and right click on the drive then choose send to > Desktop (create shortcut) But if you want to avoid going to my computer completley then I  dont know.

On your desktop, right click the mouse, left click shortcut.  Browse your your E drive and say ok

Find out a way to Rename the "My computer " file, after you rename it, go into the renamed file and right click on drive e and create shortcut and drag it to your desktop.

This seems the easy way to not use "My computer" because after you have renamed it, it is not My computer anymore.
