  3. I'm taking supplements to help lower my triglycerides.  I take 2 flaxseed gel caps a day and also a B complex vitamin.  I bought some flaxseed (ground) and you can put it in most anything (meatloaf, I sprinkle it on cottage cheese...).  Lots of the omega 2 in those things.  

  4. I take Fish  oil capsules high in Omega3,and I drink lovely green tea,great anti-oxidant.
