Aside from going to uk,,wat will be the easiest way to find people living and working there?

You can try facebook and myspace.  You can search for random people and then send them a message about what it's like to live there and why.  Just be honest why you want to know, so they don't think you're some random survey person.  

Also, you can go to uk.answers.yahoo.com   This is the British form of Yahoo Answers, and just post a question there under work or family such as, "What is it like to live and work in the UK?" or something like that.
