Im looking for a complete life change and nothing is holding me back.

I have no interest in joining the Armed Forces, so aside from that, where could someone say, "Im game to join, sign me up".

You know, the kind of work that could take you around the world and could only be done by people who are not tied down by anything.

  1. You have perfectly described Catholic priesthood, my son!

  2. Good for you for wanting to work in another country.

Try the Peace Corps, they have a lot of volunteer organizations, including the United Nations Volunteers.  You can travel the world (or go to one foreign country) and work to improve the conditions there.  Google "international volunteer" and see what organizations come up.  Here are links to a few that I found:

    http://www.peacecorps.gov/

    http://www.crossculturalsolutions.org

    http://www.globalvolunteers.org
