Asif Charges dropped??..But????

I have just read this article in yahoo sports.It claims Mohammad Asif's charges have been dropped BUT-He has admitted it was his and says he used the substance for POWER ENHANCEMENT..........

What do you think will happen to him now???

Do you think he should be struck off Pakistan's players list for life??

What do you think of Asif's statement-I used it for Power??...

It is definite that he committed the crime of smuggling and possessing 0.24 grams of opium as he was caught red-handed ... however in certain cases and for a faster litigation process the public prosecution drops a case due to insignificance and deports the suspect

well, i used have a lot of time for this guy and thought he had a really big future, but now.....

after seeing the issue with him Aktar and the steoroids, and for him to admit he was using it to enhance his power, therefore he is enhancing his performance, that means (in my eyes anyway) he was using a performance enhancing drug, therefore hes a cheat, and i believe there is no room for cheats in world sport at all

what will be interesting to see is all the people coming to defend him that have previously said Warnie is a cheat, well a dieturetic pill isnt in the same catergory as opium now is it! a diet pill isnt going to enhance your power, but apparently opium will by the sound of what Asif is saying

Why doesn't this surprise me? They look after their own in that part of the world but woe betide any European who gets caught with drugs.I hope p**i have the guts to make an example of him, but I guess they wont.
