Ask 2-3 questions to ask them important about the job (seem you are interested)?

when it comes to this for me i studder and i get nervous..i get quiet and dont know what to say...ITS SOMETHING I KNOW THEY ARE GOING TO ASK ME AT AN INETRVIEW..i want to ask the appropriate q's but smart good ones too. ITS AT KOHLS the clothing store...any help???

Ask them about the working environment: do they have a lot of employee turnover?  Why do people leave?  Would their employees say it's an enjoyable place to work?  Do they actively foster a 'teamwork' environment or is it more of an individual-based environment?

These are smart questions that also give you an idea of the working environment you might be headed into.

You could ask what sort of training program they have and what are the opportunities for advancement.
