Ask about new Yahoo!360 Plus in Vietnam?

These days, everywhere in Vietnam, i hear that Yahoo! 360 plus is a new service and can replace Yahoo! 360 blog. Actually i dont have any notice from the administrators. Could someone tell me about this?

Yahoo 360! Plus is a new blogging system which was built for Vietnam Bloggers’ community. It targets to achieve a huge amount of internet user in Vietnam. There isn’t any announcement from either administrators or managers of Yahoo Corporation. So, Yahoo 360! Plus only focuses on Vietnam’s Market as many other local blogging communities worldwide such as Facebook in Korean, Myspace in Greece, etc.
