I'm 21 and I have all baby teeth except for my 2 front teeth. My baby teeth are starting to rot out. I need something done but I have medicaid and they won't cover what I need done and I barely have money to live let alone to pay for teeth. Does anyone know what causes this and how I might be able to get it fixed. Its horrible. I get made fun of for my teeth all the time and I can't smile for pictures or show anyone my teeth. Its embarrassing

  1. You say you have Medicaid. Are you eligible for State Funded Health care? You do need to get this taken care of as it could lead to major health problems. I am not trying to scare you. You do need to find a dentist or a University Dental Center that will work on you without cost.

Even though the problem MIGHT be considered a COSMETIC PROBLEM it surely isn't.

    OR

If you already were turned down by the state program, I suggest writing a letter to them and explain the pain and suffering that this has put you through. Tell them that it is a problem that prevents you from working at all. If you have to go to a Psychologist and explain the mental anguish that this causes you. Maybe you can convince the agency that you must be taken care of.

    Try not to give up.

  2. Since she is 21 most state funded dental care won't cover her....unless she's pregnant or under 21.  That's the way it is in TN anyways.
