Asking Publix to donate to my school club?

Question

should I talk to the manager? Do they say yes all the time? We would like them to donate about 2000 waters to sell for a fund raiser. Do they do that?

also we want one day where we could stand outside the store and ask for donations to all who walk by..is its easy to schedule a date for that with Publix.

has anyone had any experience with fundraising win publix that could give me some pointers? Or someone who could recomend me some other stores that are good with donating to clubs?

You need the teacher who is responsible for your school group to write the request on School letterhead.  The manager needs an official request from an adult. Once that is handed to him, you should be given the ok
