Asking about how to go about making a will.

hi I'm 22 and have no kids or ties to my family but my brother. my family is selfish cruel and i didn't want my mother to get anything that may come my way. how do i make sure that my younger brother, and only him will get anything and everything that i have or come to have?

If you want it done right so they wont be able to contest it consult a lawyer.  You also need a Power of Attorney, in case you become incapacitated and cant conduct your business affairs.  And a Living Will for you health care.  I doubt you want them involved in those either. You also need to appoint several executors for your will, in case you outlive one or two.
