Asking about the slow down of the games

Hello experts. My name is Sachin and I live in India.I have been using my PC for more than 5years and now these days I can sense and can see the slowness of my PC. I run the games and the games runs very slowly and the games run fast at other pc.Please tell me the problem and the ways to stop them or prventing them.
