Asking out a waiter????

I go to this restaurant occasionally.... well now it's more 1 time a week... so this guy there keeps on looking at me, and smiling and all.. he seems interested in me... but he didn't ask me out? How do I ask him out with sounding dum?? 3 months ago I did go in there with my boyfriend at the time.... but I didn't notice him/waiter until after I broke it off with the ex. did that hurt my chances??

I would go to eat, make sure he is your server.  Flirt  while you're there to get a better idea of his interest.  Then when you leave a tip, or give back credit card receipt etc leave your name and phone number with something like "We should go out sometime".  That way he knows you are interested and the ball is in his court!  It's really hard for people who work in restaurants, stores etc to know if people are being nice or actually interested so you probably have to make the first move

And that is NOT a mind game...it's just a no pressure way to let someone know you're interested.

I doubt it. I would leave my phone number with the tip the next time you go there. If he calls, Yey! If not, oh well.

By god don`t use the Tiffinay way that woman flirts way too much. h**l she even date me. Just go up to the waiter and say what`s on your mind . don`t play mind games .people hate that c**p.
