Asking out this guy................?

Question

We're both 14. Great friends. How should I go about it? In person, text message, note, friend? I don't even know for sure if he likes me. But, I've liked him for over a year. What should we talk about before I go about asking him out? Please help. Anything you have to say is appreciated.

Text him if you have his number...talk about movies and ask if he seen one that is in theatres and if he says no you say wow I really wanna see that movie you wanna go with me so I don't go alone? and there you go problem solved..........good luck and I hope this is stictly friendship at your age.

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you should wait for him to ask you out. Guys like the chase. I learned that the hard way when I was your age. :) Just saving you some heartache.

However, a good thing to do is to give him plenty of opportunity to ask you out, like hang out with him alone a lot and things like that!!!!!

ah! that's gonna be embarrassing for him. guys are supposed to ask girls out and his friends will make fun of him for it.

but if you really want to just hang out with him one night and then before he leaves just go for it and ask him, so all in all do it in person

How can you say you are great friends and not know if he likes you?  Do you mean as more than a friend?  Friends go out all the the time and inherently know that a marriage proposal is never on the agenda.  Granted, I would never ask a girl out if I didn't like her, but that does not mean she is more than a friend either.

I go out with a number of female friends who I am very close to, but not in any pre-certfied relationship label.  E-mail woks the best after one-on-one heart-to-heart/s.

Ask around and see if he likes you too or thinks ur cute or something, or if he likes someone else; but if u dont want to ask straight out just get one of your friends to ask him or one of his friends who he likes

so you kinda know how he feels about u too If u get good feed back then just flirt with him and give him hints ( like locking eyes with him and smiling a little but not a huge grin) and dont be easy or obvious or he will get tired of u, guys like to chase and if the chase is over he'll start lookin at someone else. u kinda have to lure them in b4 the kill. lol
