Aspar goes green for 09 ?

Its all kicking off today!!!

First Misano, then Dani-bot spitting his dummy out, now Asper, the great Jorge Martinez, would seem to have [ recent form man ] Toni already getting his Alpinestars cut in green.

This might be great new.............. might not.

Toni knows the tracks, the tyres and the MotoGP way of life, but can Kwack make a 3rd bike that it up to the job in hand.

Hopper & West were rock bottom in QP2 for todays race, both saying it was front end problems.

May be Toni will just " man " it and get the job done!

So this leaves [ both ] seats empty at Alice Ducati ................... " hello is that Ben Spies? .........

Elias, I hope stays on the Alice Ducati, he is performing well and as said on today's commentary, has just got the hang of the beast.

It would be interesting to see a 3rd Kawasaki, though 2 regularly competitive ones would be even better..

Hi Wiggysan, The thing I found interesting in the interview was the fact Alvaro has signed for JUST another year.  that and the fact JM has just about been everywhere to try and get a bike in the big class makes me think he isnt going to be competetive anyway.

I havent heard the rumour about Ben going to get the Scott ride. I thought Taka deserved that ride. I saw on the AMA site Ben deliberatly saying he has been told to keep quiet about his plans. Im still hoping for Yoshi to come into play.  I hope Kawasaki get the screamer up and running for 09. and I hope it goes like it sounds.

Julian may be a self confessed F1 muppet (cant crucify him for that) But his input is very welcome on the MotoGP events. always good thinking.

Yes Aspar goes green for 09, but rumors have it that with Dovi moving to Repsol Honda, Ben Spies is rumoured to get Dovi's old ride.
