Asperger's Syndrome Groups in Connecticut.?

Is there any Asperger's Syndrome support groups or clubs in Connecticut that I could possibly join or at least visit that is for young adults?

I have Asperger's becoming 20 in March.

I searched and searched for this and found this one:

Go to the last entry on the table titled: Social Group for young adults with Asperger's. It is in Greenwich... I don't know if that is close to where you are or not. Good Luck!
