  1. Children with Aspergers are as individual as those without. Finding out what sets your brother off may be hard work but worth it in the end. You will have to think about whether there is any pattern when he gets upset and if you look hard enough you will find something. Remember it can be something as simple as a perfume or even a particular shade of lipstick that someone is wearing. If it always happens in a place where there are flourescent lights it may be he is highly sensitive to how regulary they flicker (which most people do not notice).
There is no simple single answer but you will ahve to research, observe and use a combination of all the things that have been mentioned above.
My son has Aspergers and I think it is wonderful that you as a sibling of an "Aspie" (as they often refer to themselves) is concerned enough to seek help.
I hope you find a way to keep him happy more of the time but you have to remember that they are not happy all the time the same as you or I are not happy all of the time. You can teach him more acceptable ways to display his anger though. Try searching for some social stories that you can share with him and go over as often as needed.
