Asphalt Racing Modified?

What is the different between these 2 asphalt open wheel modifieds?

I know it's a different body styles, different size tires, and different bars.

But is there anything else? Would it be possible to take the top pictured car and put the bottom pictured car body on (The shorter width wise one), add the big bars and the bigger tires? Or is the chassis completely different to where it won't match up?

The first car is an IMCA style modified. It has a stock production stub.

The second car is a NASCAR asphalt modified. It has a tubular stub. The chassis are completely different.
