Aspire 3000 lock out ?

i have a lap top and its locking me out and wont let me start or reboot i herd theirs a battery in the inside i could disconnect for about 15 and it will restart like new is this tru?

  1. No, the battery could be the CMOS jumper. But pulling that would only reset the BIOS settings, not the actual computer.


  2. You do not say what you are locked out of if operating system or just booting

    Download " Hirens Boot CD " burn and boot from it it has many programs on it some are for password cancelers this may help
