Question:

Aspire 7720 won't allow windows to load up.

My norton protection ran out yesterday so I installed AVG and removed Norton. The laptop then recomended shutting down so I did this. It now gets to the sign in stage of windows, but after typing the password it shuts down. Is there any way that I can reset the laptop back to original settings?
