Nonetheless, with odds favouring Jammu & Kashmir, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Assam-c765 will be under pressure on the final day, where they would either have to go for the kill or try to end the day without getting bowled-out to draw the contest.
J&K, however, would go all-out in order to win the match, where they dominated their opposition first by hammering a belligerent first innings score of 323, then restricting the opponents on just 165, followed by another strong performance with the bat as they smashed 318 runs for five before declaring their second innings.
Monday began with J&K resuming their second innings from one run with Adil Rishi and ID Singh.
The openers gave their side a great start by forging a 77-run stand before Rishi was trapped in front of stumps off Syed Mohammad with 51 runs to his name.

Skipper ID Singh then moulded a resounding partnership alongside Parvez Rassol as the batting duo obliterated the fielding side, giving them a taste of their own medicine.
The two smacked the bowlers out of town and denied them a chance to make a comeback, leading their side to a massive total of 306 runs, before Konwar finally nabbed the prized wicket of Singh, who found his way off the field with 118 runs under his belt.
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Parvez-Rasool-Zarghav-c80789, then mounted a phenomenal score of 120 runs off 106 deliveries to stay unbeaten till the time his side decided to declare the innings.
