Association Problem. HELP!!!!!?

Where I can complain about my association? i live in south jersey and many renters are braking the rules, I complain with the manager and president but nothing has been done. The property value is going down, is starting to look like projects. PLZ HELP!!! im not the only one who is complaing about this situation, many owners think the same.

Read the bylaws of the HOA.  There should be a remedy for removing the president, directors etc.  You need to put people on the board who will follow the HOA bylaws and the will of the people covered by the HOA.  In a worst-case scenario, you will have take the HOA to court to demand that they follow the bylaws and/or to remove board members.
