  1. wow this is a big questions! Actually which side are you? As I know, supervisor is not a management. So you should be with the union. Nowadays, union are smarter comparing to 20 years back. Union doesn't always means bad. Maybe the employees think it is about time for them to voice their right.

    The management should wait and see. Any decision making shall be base on the employees requirement so there is actually no need for any plan yet.
