I don't know if many astrologers take the asteroids into consideration, so it is a bit controversial, but actual astrologers will know more than I do.

Concerning the Nodes, those are important to know, and have a lot to do with your karmic life challenge. The North Node reflects the qualities you need to work towards in this life to fully reach your potential and balance as a person. The South Node are the qualities that you already have, and are a natural part of you. The North Node will always be the sign opposite the South Node. The idea is that you need to work towards the path of your North Node, while trying not to over rely on your South Node qualities, while still using them to help move towards your goal. With a South Node in Aries, you have your North Node in Libra, which probably has to do with relationships of sort...But read up on it, because I don't know off hand, and check the house it's in as well.
