Astra MK4 tinging noise from drivers side wheel? I think?

Question

There is a strange tinging noise like a small bell being rung everytime I go over a bump or pot hole in the road. Can anyone tell me what it is or what I can look for? I have tested the car and it seems apparent it is coming from the drivers side front wheel/area. If you have experienced the same problem or know exactly what it is, as an estimate how much will this cost?
