Astrid & penn?

Question

OK first does anyone actually like the names Astrid or Penn?

I get very mixed feedback, mainly negative so was just interested how many people actually like the names - so for once don't answer if you don't like them! not because i'm sensitive, only because i'm interested to count and don't want to have to sort through - so who actually likes the names Astrid (girl) or Penn (boy)?

I know an Astrid, at first it took some getting used to, but she is the only one I know so as soon as I hear her name I get a sense of who she is. Not because of her name, it is like someone saying, "chocolate chip cookies" and you have a feeling that goes along with that name.... same thing for Astrid in my opinion.

Penn isnt a horrible name. However for current day 20/30 somethings Penn reminds me of Penn & Teller(magicians) as well as Penn and Kumar(movies).

I don't mind Astrid or Penn. My question would be the middle names ..
