Astro travellers, has this ever happened to you?

I've travelled to basic dimensions. But today I got access to a higher world but when it was time to go, I got scared and came back. My guide told me that I need to let go of this world in order to access the other dimensions.

But I got scared that I might not come back.

Has this ever happpened to you? How do you deal with it?

From what I have heard, it is not possible that you wont come back, for there is an etheric cord linking you to your body when your astral travel.  I don't know from personal experience.  But an ex boyfriend used to come out of his body at night and roam around on the roof and sometimes he would go to other countries (he told me).  It was as simple as him remembering me laying in bed to bring him back.  He would often wake me and ask me if I was ok because from the ceiling it looked as though I wasn't breathing.

How exciting for you.  I wish I could do it!
