Astrologers, please help. Is there just waaaay too much emphasis being put on Scorpio with the s*x thing?

I'm sure some Scorps love this as well as some who probably hate the stereotype. Please help break this down.

It comes from the Astrological representation of body parts.  Scorpio is on the s*x organs, cancer is on the chest area, taurus in on the neck, capricorn on on the knees, sagittarius is on the thighs, virgo on the solar plexus, gemini is on the shoulders and Leo on the heart.

That's all it means.  It's a bit like saying all Capricorns are good at running, or all gemini's are good at Tennis and Leos are the only sign that can love...?  :o/

While having a "s**y" reputation, Scorpios can also swing into the opposite direction. Not being unsexy, but placing a spiritual connection above a purely physical connection. To show the symbolism of the dove or eagle, that wants to transcend above sandy desert of base, carnal impulses.

To an intense spiritual connection that is expressed through lovemaking (which is so much better and way more than just a lay) A union of souls beyond bodies.

One is temporary, one is everlasting (a spiritual focus) When evolved, Scorpios are capable of this focus. Overemphasizing lust is not an evolved Scorpio. But, most people today are not evolved in general.

There are evolved Scorpios who can go beyond this level.

i think it is yea, i think the better way of putting it is that scorpios are intense, they either put their all in or they don't . . . they are passionate about what they believe in, and when they are in love, they are passionate with that too . . . i dont like the stereotype of scorpios and s*x, makes me feel ugh, i think the description that fits me more is intense and passionate . . . and i dont want people to automatically assume, just because i am a scorpio sun, that im a w***e, and s*x is my life, because its not, s*x is sacred, and only for people i love- my opinion anyways . . . i have venus in scorpio . . . its kind of embrassing because i like to keep my private life, private! and dont want to be associated with s*x, but more with love, because scorpios are also deep lovers . . .

Scorpios are the kings and queens of the zodiac and thats a understatement. they have a very powerful sexuality that eminates from them and it simply draws people in. They also blow peoples monds because they are so much more advanced then most people in what they know about s*x or what they know about another person sexuality...they what to say, where to touch and they will always leave you thinking about s*x.
