Or other planets? I have heard some debate over this...That the Sun does not count, but the Ascendant does. What is your opinion on this?

I'm curious, because my Rising is on a cusp.

  1. No, there is no cusp in Rising signs.  Cusps refer to houses not signs.  The signs do not have cusps.

The only thing you might want to consider in regards to your rising sign is that your birth time might not be accurate.  A difference of 10 minute could make you a Scorpio Rising instead of Libra.  But you can't be both.  You are either one or the other.

  2. Hi Q

I look at cusp rising as long as you are on the cusp. The traits of the previous sign is expressed somewhat by the following sign like for example, Virgo/Libra. The traits of Virgo are expressed more positively, more outward, making the person more extroverted. It gives the Virgo trait, more tact and less nagging.

Of cours, other elements are important to consider. Even a person born exactly on the cusp of his or her Sun Sign. Why shouldn't the last decanate of the one sign and, the 1st decanate of the other express gracefully ?

  3. a rising sign  is not always alone /complete  like anyother position a sign  fully is shared by another sign so we r a mixyure of signs interpretatation values thats all hope u  follow
