Does the Astral chart basically tell us we are who we are due to the influences of All the Astrological signs? I'm a little confused.

  this tells that u might have born on a wednes day 29 th october 1969.at around 11:30 day time..u have just given signs but not degrees.whether they are western or vedic signs...they appear western signs..this tells  early loss of mother,some matrimonial un happyness etc..of course tgood things are also there
