hey, im 14 and ive never done any sport training before in my life except for some rugby stuff at skl. i was doing sport camp and i got 13.3 seconds in 100m and i was wondering how good this time was because my dad says its very good for my age but i know that there are ppl at my skl who can run quicker than me. I always fancied myself as an athlete but i doubt im good enough, can i get some opinions plz, it would be much appreciated, thnx in advance :)

  1. That is a decent time for a 14 yr old, but you need to drop at least two seconds if you want to compete in state championship level track in high school. Where I live (Iowa) the 4A state 100m champion ran a 10.76. So you've got a few years to get up there. That is definitely a good time for a 14 year old though.

  2. you have potential

if you want some really good answers id ask this question in the running category

i run distance so i may not be your best source

but if you work hard id say youll be pretty good

  3. tht was my best time this year but guys are supposed to get 12 or even 11 something. at least thts at my school it has a really good track program so i dont kno if my school is just really good but yeh thts a really good time for a girl.

just practice and im guessing you did tht without spikes or blocks both of those take alot off your time.

    good luck!
