At 14 years old can I learn springboard and platform diving?

Of course you can learn springboard & platform diving, i had a similar query/worry about six months ago when i first started diving as i worried i was too old to start (i am 16 going on 17) and ive been told i am at a very good age to be honest.

i am currently practicing at public sessions for four hours a week, and only need four more dives until i can join a diving club and start competing, and from there i hope to keep progressing...

but yes most people you see in the olympics are in their 20s to 30s so to be honest teenagers who start diving have nothing to worry about.
