Ok i'm 22 years old, Native and african american very light skinned and weigh 315, height 6'0 waist about 44. i'm tryin to lose weight and hopefully make it down to about 240lbs With in the next year but what are my chances of getting saggy skin? My only real area of concern is my chest, i had that abnormal hormone thing during puberty. and grew some large man jugs lol, but my question is with my stats is it likely that I'll have saggy skin? and what are some of the things I should do more to not get it? If you want to see a pic of me to get a better understanding my myspace is www.myspace.com/strokyle (and no im not promoting my page) lol i'm just scared sh**less I'll get saggy skin.

  1. Yes, you will probably get saggy skin.  Sorry.

Most likely a surgeon will tell you that he or she won't remove the saggy skin until you've gotten down to a certain weight and kept it off for a certain time period.

For ideal/optimal health you should probably get down to 200.

    Good luck.

  2. you have to do cardio and toning exercises in moderation

  3. To prevent sagging skin, oyu must exercise while you are losing weight. And it really works!

    Good luck!
