The reason why I'm not sure if I'm old enough is that I don't how old people will be on those cruises. I've heard that everyone will be considerably older than me.

  1. My daughter had the sam worries and she is 24.  Rather than go on a cruise she went on a tour with ConTiki Travel and had a blast with people her own age.  they have only individuals aged 25 to 35. check it out.

  2. It depends on how the way you think. If you think you're quite mature enough to make you're own decisions then it's quite okey, but if at that age you're still quite immature then I think you're still not fit to travel on your own.

  3. I don't think you need to go on a specifically "singles" cruise, If you decide to do carnival. Choose a cruise that falls on a weekend, I guarantee you will get lots of people in your age range and many are single as well. I went on a cruise when I was 23 and I met a great guy, yea it was all fun and games while on the ship, but we kept in touch after wards and we got closer, eventually we started a long distance relationship and now we live together and are expecting a baby. So things can work out. (My cruise was December 2005 2 1/2 year Yikes!)

  4. Check out vacationstogo.com and singlescruise.com.  Both of these have regular singles cruises and offer a 20s/30s cruise at least once a year.  Also I know that the upcoming Halloween cruises through VacationsToGo will have plenty of 20somethings.  I recommend the one to the Caribbean there($803 for the cruise, plus tips) as it is a better ship(a Royal Caribbean Freedom class(I think it is the Liberty of the Seas but it may be the Freedom of the Seas) with more activities(onboard surfing and ice skating among them), but if you just want to party then the Mexican Riviera cruise(on a Carnival ship) would be a good choice.  The Caribbean one leaves out of Miami I believe and the Mexican Riviera one leaves out of Long Beach, CA.

  5. Each cruise has its own personality.  Depending on where and when you're going, it will be good.  Go around a holiday, especially Halloween (take a costume).

  6. Not necessarily.  What you have to do is ask the organizer what he / she recommends for a person of your age. Most of them have many cruises set up, and if you approach them with your age, ethnicity, and tastes, they can work with you to find the right cruise for you.  They'll know if one cruise is mostly seniors, and a different one is mostly singles in their 20s.

I've been on a singles cruise before and  it was a lot of fun.  I ended hooking up with a Korean woman a few years younger than myself (I was in my 30s at the time).

  7. Why would you be... Your 25, legal adult.  Have fun.
