At 7.30 I took 2 paracetamol, 500. Can I take 2 more now,,4 hours later? ?

yes, four hours is fine, no sooner than that tho.

Switch to ibuprofen, you can pop 3 or 4 of them at a time.  

Yes you can but 4,000mg in a day keep in mind.

yes. you can take 2 every 4 hours. but no more then 8 in a day!
