  1. You are 16, not 18 and therefore you cannot legally own or buy a car or have it registered in your name. Even if you hit the lottery, (and you're too young to buy a ticket for that so that money would be put in an account for you until you're 18) You have to be 18. Legally of age. You should worry more about your school work. Your grammar isn't all that good, your spellings bad, and starting every word with a capitol letter isn't necessary nor does it prove anything. I don't blame your Mom and Dad for not letting you drive their car. The insurance on it would be astronomical. (out of sight). By the way and Automatic is OK, but a Standard 4 in the floor is the best.(But great for getting killed in, so drive for a few years before you  go there.) Good Luck.

  2. search craigslist.org for your area. its the cheapest way to get a car. dealers mark the same cars up 40%

  3. Go to a car auction. I got my first car from an auction around your age and ended up saving $3,000.

  4. Sorry, you can't buy a car at your age unless you have a co-signor. They will be the primary owner and you will be the secondary owner untill you reach the age of 18 then you can have the primary owners name removed and then you will be the primary owner. Also, depending on your state 16 y/o's can only get their driver's license if a parent signs for them and since you say your parents won't let you drive their car I doubt they will sign for you to get a license. Additionally a lot of states will only give a 15 or 16 y/o a restricted license usually to drive to and from work and maybe school, I'm not sure about them. Of course, you can drive in an emergency, like if you have to take a parent to the hospital. Don't rely on friends to find out about a license or buying a car, check with the place where you get a driver's license, they can tell you all you need to know.

Suggestion, please learn some grammar. Your spelling and punctuation is horrible. I wish you luck. (not really)
