There is a free shuttle that goes from terminal to terminal.  I believe it runs about every 10 minutes or so.  It doesn't take very long as all the terminals are right next to each other and the airport is not terribly big.  Check this out for a map of the airport and more info.

Take the terminal bus, its Blue and Silver.  It goes between all terminals, the sign outside says terminal connector.
