At Sign In within Jutebox I get message "...cannot access the internet..."?

Problem occurs across the board when I try to get to the yahoo music site from within Jutebox. I can play My Music, but that is about it. I did "allow" music.yahoo.com in my Explorer setting. I do use zone alarm. I can get to yahoo outside of Jutebox.

Smacks of firewall not allowing Jukebox to talk to Internet.  Try temporarily turning off your firewall(s).  If that still doesn't work, update your Question details to reflect that and also say which Firewall product you have installed. Also check out this link:
