I originalliy began with this company with my first smart phone. I adored the first blackjack. It became defective and had to be replaced with a refurbed.

At upgrade time.. I selected a palm centro in white. I did'nt feel comfortable with the screens when I needed to make a phone call.

Encouraged to wait and purchase the new iphone 3g. I waited in tlhe line.. my phone was defective. I called att and that was what they told me when I said my face would push buttons during phone calls. I was unable to get another one unless I waited cause they were in high demand. Didn't have mms messaging anyhow so I opted for another phone

I got a red blackjack 2 It had some defects. The alarm was not functioning properly and needed a complete reset of phone often..

I got the pantech duo. Believing this would be my last phone and no more hassle. I returned it due to the battery life. I did'nt note that it was only three hour talk time and I couldn't go a whole day without a recharge.

Returned the phone. Thought there is no way I could get another defective blackjack as I already had one.. So I got the pink blackjack.

and now it freezes often. I spoke with a tech support rep and they said if it continues then to return to the att store.

I feel uncomfortable as they're not going to believe me. I don't know if I want to trust another blackjack as I seem to have terrible luck with them regardless of how great of a phone they are.

I don't know what to do from here. Do I go back to a palm centro since the tech rep said they havent received any calls on them. Or do I earliy terminate? Do I get another blackjack?
