  1. A streak is history - something you can say you had, but not something you can say you are going to get. Assume you have won 5 hands, what of the next hand?

    (1) hand has more chance of winning because you have had a streak of 5 wins.

    or

    (2) hand will be random with the same chance as normal

Perhaps there is a third possibility - consider this:

The majority of winning hands win because they drew the better cards, the big ones, aces, 10s, 9s. The little cards 2 through 6 have lesser winning chances.

    (3) Each time you win a hand in a streak you are likely to be reducing the proportion of big cards left in the pack, so the next hand dealt to you is just a little more likely to contain bad cards. Each succeeding hand of a streak gets slightly worse. Of course, the amount is only tiny but it is real.

  2. Aside from splitting and doubling down, it shouldn't affect your strategy at all, since you're still just trying to maximize the probability of winning the hand.

Doubling down:  Don't do it, since this only allows you to get one more card.  You want to be able to draw more cards if it is correct to do so.

Splits:  If you win one hand and lose the other, it doesn't count as a win but your streak bet is still alive.  Optimal split strategy is probably slightly different; in particular I wouldn't split 9's unless the dealer was showing a 9.

  3. There is a very good website.  www.wizardofodds.com.

you will be able to download a blackjack chart.  it was devised by a mathematician to determined the best course of action depending on the hand.
