  1. on a left green arrow, the driver making the left turn has the right of way, while oncoming drivers making the right turn have to yield.  on traffic lights with no left arrows, the driver making the left turn has to yield while the driver making the right turn has the right of way.

  2. At stop lights, there are roads when you should not turn right on a red sign and the one turning left should still follow the left signal on the green light. Other roads do not require this and signs Right lane should turn right with care all the time. But you should still drive defensively to prevent accidents.

  3. Watch the light and if you have an arrow then you have the right of way and the same for the other car........

No arrows then just let the other person make their turn........

  4. IF the person making the left has a green light, then THEY do

  5. Whoever crosses a lane of traffic must yield ROW.

  6. left
