At best buy when do you get that $10 off cause the cashier was slow or whatever?

If you order online for in-store pickup and it takes longer than 1 minute for the customer service rep to get the product and place it on the counter in front of you, you get $10 off the price of your item.  There are some exceptions...like for large items, they have 5 minutes.  And you have to have the printed email.  

For the record, every time we have not made the one minute cut off at our store, it was not because of the customer service rep (cashier).  It was because the inventory team didn't bring the product up after they said they had or they picked the wrong item.
