At certian speeds the driver side front tire tries to lock up like i am appling the brakes. whats is it?

it is a 90 ford areo star van with electronic all wheel drive. it ususally is on the drivers front but a few times it has happened to the passenger front. i have no idea what it is.

This is very common on all Fords, you need to have your brakes checked out because the front brake caliper is locking up......

You need to replace the rubber brake line that goes from the caliper to the steel brake line. I've had this happen before and the inside of the rubber brake line is deteriorated and is causing a partial blockage. You will ruin the rotor soon if you don't replace it.
