At disneyland in California how many drops are in there on the pirates of the caribean ride?

There are two drops, but neither are big and frightening. These drops are nothing compared to the Splash Mountain drops, plus you won't get wet. If you're worried about riding because you're not too fond of drops, don't worry. You'll easily conquer these drops, and they are both towards the beginning. Have fun and be on the look out for Captain Jack Sparrow in this newly renovated ride!

They updated it a lot, Last time they had three but nothing big cause my cousin was 3 years old and he went on it.   Just the one in the dark is the worst

small drops.  if ur afraid of heights u can ride this.  not scary @ all.  good 4 small children if they like the theme of pirates.

In the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, there are two drops total.  The first drop is medium sized, but it is very quick, and second drop is pretty small.  Both drops are not scary!

There is one very small drop, (I mean VERY small) and there is another drop so small it depends whether you want to even consider it a drop.

The exact heights of the drops are: Drop 1: 52 feet long and 14 feet high.

Drop 2: 37ft long. Both drops are angled at 21 degrees.

There is really only one drop, and its not very big, i know it says you'll get wet but you really wont. Anyway i still hate that ride cuz it scares the flying pancakes out of me........shudder, never going on it again. Funny how i can't stand that ride but i went on tower of terror in orlando when i was 4........and loved it!
