Question:

At home all day with no exercise!!!?

I will be starting school in a few days but until then I'm home all day. I do not eat more than what is average and I am very well on the skinny side. But I'm afraid that I'll gain weight if I'm just sitting around at home. What are some things that I can do to exercise and burn some calories and fat? (Besides eating healthier because like I mentioned, I'm average as far as eating goes)

  1. if you are on the skinny side, then you dont need to burn anything. Just dont overeat♥


  2. go for a walk

    ride your bike around

    clean ( hey it keeps you busy and plus your burning calories )

    between commercial break on tv, i get up and do lunges, crunches... anything to get me moving besides just sitting there.


  3. Running, crunches, stationary bike...

    All great for cardio, and they don't build up too much muscle, they just tone.
